“Life is where the road takes us,” I saw written on the camper van, when I came back home from church yesterday.

The Bible says eternal life is to know GOD and to know the Lord JESUS CHRIST.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO KNOW GOD? (John 17:3)

The Bible tells us about the only true and real God. To know God means to perceive him. It means to recognize him. It means to become acquainted with him. It means to understand him.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO KNOW THE LORD JESUS CHRIST? (John 17:3)

It means to know him as the Christ. He is the Anointed One. He is the Messiah. He is the one whom the Father has sent.

I don’t know that “life is where the road takes us,” but I do know that eternal life is to know God and the Lord Jesus Christ. Notice also that it says eternal life.
