Being honest. We must tell the truth. Telling the truth keeps the conscience clean.

All members of the Family are struggling with telling the truth.

CHILDREN ARE AFRAID TO TELL THE TRUTH.

They are afraid of the response. As a parent we must be forgiving.

HUSBANDS ARE AFRAID TO TELL THE TRUTH.

They are afraid of the response. Wives must be forgiving.

WIVES ARE AFRAID TO TELL THE TRUTH.

They are afraid of the response. Husbands must be forgiving.

Forgiveness is the word.

The Bible says: “DO NOT LIE TO EACH OTHER, SINCE YOU HAVE TAKEN OFF YOUR OLD SELF WITH ITS PRACTICES, …”

Looking in the wrong direction and standing on the wrong side of the road, made it too late for me to flag down the bus, which zoomed along with a considerable speed.

I was ready in time, the weather looked good, and I decided to use our local bus service to go to Ahipara. The service does not only connect Kaitaia with Ahipara but also with Pukenui and Mangonui. Ahipara has not only one of the favourite beaches but also a great eatery.

Thinking about looking in the wrong direction this morning and not making it to Ahipara, reminded me that I am making it to heaven, because I am looking in the right direction.

In Hebrews 12:2 we are told: “Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, …”
