Today I finished reading the commentary on ROMANS by D. Stuart Briscoe.

I found chapter twenty called “The Christian Attitude to Authority,” (Romans 13:1-7) especially helpful.

He is dealing with “The Principles, the Purpose, the Problems of Authority.”
