GOLDEN NUGGET:

“Therefore this is what the Lord God Almigthy says:
‘Because the people have spoken these words,
I will make my words in your mouth a fire
and these people the wood it consumes.’”
“…..,his works are perfect,…”

“He is the rock, his works are perfect, and all his ways are just.”
“As for God, his way is perfect;…”
“It is God who arms me with strength and makes my way perfect.”
I find this really funny:

EARTH AND HEAVEN
Posted by Werner Dekarski in Diary on June 28, 2009
Surely, that keyboard I saw in the church yesterday came from Germany, where I was born. In big letters you could read what was written on it from afar: “KURZWEIL”.
*****
Another reminder of Germany, my mother country? Yes! Another greeting from my earthly home? Yes! I have had already several greetings from Germany here in New Zealand. You can read about them on this blog.
But I am not very much interested in my earthly home, I am interested in my home in Heaven!
That’s why I went to church yesterday in the morning. In church we hear about heaven and how to get there. In church we sing hymns about heaven.
*****
But I am so glad that this keyboard from my home country ended up here in a CHURCH in New Zealand – and not somewhere else – and that hymns will be played on this musical instrument which tell us about heaven.

GERMANY – The Land of the Economic Crisis
Posted by Werner Dekarski in My Pulpit is the World on June 27, 2009
(My Pulpit is the World. You don’t need a church to preach the Gospel.)
Their cars were parked on Commerce Street just about where Subway is here in town. And that’s where I got talking to the four young people from Germany about the Lord Jesus Christ. Their ages were between twenty and thirty years.
I mentioned also that Germany is the Land of the Reformation! But I was told that Germany is in an Economic Crisis.
